Job summary

Comfort Keepers is seeking caring CAREgivers to bring comfort, joy, and independence to seniors in their own homes.

We offer meaningful work, top pay up to $20/hour, 401K, paid time off, health benefits, and a flexible schedule including part-time and full-time positions to fit your life. Field support is available from client care coordinators to assist you in the home setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months of caregiving experience preferred (family experience counts).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Personal support: Help with daily grooming, hygiene, and toileting needs.
• Safe mobility: Assist with movement and transfers (including hoyer lifts and gait belts).
• Homemaking & Meal Prep: Create a safe, clean home environment with light housekeeping, laundry, and cooking.
• Engagement & Care: Provide companionship, medication reminders, and specialized care for dementia clients.
• Reliable support for clients: Run errands, provide transportation, and more.

Your Role as a CAREgiver:

What We Need from You as a Caregiver:

• Heart for Caring: Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
• Experience: 6 months of caregiving experience preferred (family experience counts!)
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physical Strength: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform necessary movements
