Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3+ years of sales experience in a high-touch environment, 5+ years preferred.
- 3-5 years of building science/construction experience, 5+ preferred.
- 1+ years of experience with a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Executes regional technical sales strategy focusing installer coaching on priority markets, contractors and projects.
- Identifies growth opportunities by targeting installation companies and partners with internal stakeholders.
- Ensures technical resources are applied where they will have the greatest impact.
- Acts as subject matter expert in installation practices and product specifications.
- Creates and maintains product, builder, and installer specifications; audits practices.
- Performs installer market development and quarterly business reviews with key accounts.
