Job summary

Aspen Contracting in Castle Rock, CO is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to expand our roofing and exterior restoration business. You will meet homeowners, assess needs, present solutions, and guide projects from initial appointment through completion.

This full-time role offers weekly pay, uncapped commission, paid training, and access to company-provided technology. Travel is local to Castle Rock market, training from Parker, CO office.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
• Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet and company-provided technology.
• Must reliably commute to the Parker, CO reporting office for training and meetings.
• Roofing experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand roofing and exterior restoration needs.
• Build relationships and establish trust with customers.
• Conduct property inspections and identify needs.
• Present solutions clearly based on customer needs.
