Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Consultant (Outside Sales) to drive revenue in the Castle Rock/Parker area from our Parker, CO office. You’ll meet homeowners, assess roofing needs, and close deals with a focus on exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes prospecting, relationship-building, and end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, with paid training and weekly pay. Local travel to Castle Rock markets is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Outside sales or D2D experience preferred.
• Roofing or home improvement experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned market.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Independent work style with team connectivity.
• Smartphone/tablet proficiency for company tools.
• Must be able to commute to Parker, CO reporting office for training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to identify roofing and exterior restoration needs.
• Build customer relationships and establish trust throughout the sales process.
• Conduct property inspections and assess exterior restoration needs.
• Present solutions confidently and professionally.
• Lead customers through the sales process from appointment to project completion.
• Handle questions and objections while moving opportunities forward.
• Maintain follow-up and ownership of customer relationships.
• Manage and develop an active sales pipeline.
• Document customer and project information with company tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer experience.
