Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking experienced sales professionals for outside sales in the Castle Rock area with training, tools, and support to help you succeed. You’ll meet homeowners, build trust, and guide customers from first appointment to project completion, earning through uncapped commissions.

Initial training is provided, with weekly pay and a strong focus on customer experience. The role requires daily local travel and a willingness to learn roofing and exterior restoration.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Outside sales or D2D experience strongly preferred.
• Roofing or home improvement experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned market.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
• Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet and company-provided technology.
• Must be able to reliably commute to the Parker, CO reporting office for required training, meetings, and business activities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to identify roofing and exterior restoration needs and opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and establish trust throughout the sales process.
• Conduct property inspections and assess potential exterior restoration needs.
• Present solutions confidently and professionally.
• Lead customers through the sales process from initial appointment through project completion.
• Handle questions and objections while keeping opportunities moving forward.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and ownership of customer relationships.
• Manage and develop an active sales pipeline.
• Use company-provided technology and tools to document customer and project information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support a successful customer experience.
