Job summary

Aspen Contracting in Parker, CO is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to drive roofing and exterior restoration projects. You’ll leverage your proven sales skills to meet homeowners, assess needs, and present tailored solutions that win trust and close deals.

Training is provided; you’ll travel locally in the Castle Rock/Parker area, enjoy weekly pay and uncapped commissions, and grow with a nationally recognized exterior restoration company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
• Must reliably commute to the Parker, CO reporting office for training, meetings, and business activities.
• Roofing experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing and exterior restoration needs.
• Build trust and nurture customer relationships through the sales process.
• Conduct property inspections and identify roofing/exterior needs.
• Present solutions based on customer needs.
• Guide customers from initial appointment to project completion.
• Follow up and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Document client and project info with company technology.
• Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth client experience.
• Manage sales opportunities and commitments.
• Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.
