Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking outside sales consultants to grow our Charlotte market, working with homeowners from initial inspection through completion of exterior restoration projects. Paid training, tools, and support are provided.

No roofing experience required, with an emphasis on customer-focused sales and ongoing relationship management. We offer a full-time W-2 role with uncapped commissions, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits in a dynamic, growth‑driven team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new customer opportunities.
• Meet with homeowners and conduct residential property inspections.
• Identify roofing, siding, and gutter restoration opportunities.
• Educate homeowners on available restoration solutions.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Present solutions and close sales.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and customers.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the project.
• Coordinate with internal production teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information.
• Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.
