Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking a Sales Representative to join the Castle Rock, CO market. You’ll meet homeowners, assess roofing and exterior restoration needs, present solutions, and guide customers through the sales process, with local travel to appointments.

Training is paid, and compensation includes weekly pay with uncapped commissions, offering substantial earning potential. No roofing experience is required; we value coachable, professional, and customer‑focused individuals ready to grow.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned market.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
• Must be able to reliably commute to the Parker, CO reporting office for required training, meetings, and business activities.
• Roofing experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand their roofing and exterior restoration needs.
• Build relationships with customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Conduct property inspections and assess exterior damage.
• Present solutions that meet the customer's needs.
• Communicate project details clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams throughout the project process.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers from initial appointment through completion.
• Use company-provided technology and tools to document customer information and project details.
• Follow up with customers and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.
