No roofing experience is required, training is provided, and travel within the Castle Rock market is common. Expect a compensation range of $70,000–$200,000+ with weekly pay and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have valid driver's license.
• Comfortable meeting new people and building relationships.
• Willing to travel locally to customer appointments and train in Parker, CO.
• No roofing experience required; coachable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand roofing and exterior restoration needs.
• Build relationships and guide customers through the sales process.
• Conduct property inspections and assess exterior damage.
• Present solutions that meet customer needs and communicate clearly.
