Job summary

Freedom Roofing, Windows and Siding LLC is hiring a Project Manager in Kentucky to oversee roofing, siding and window installation projects from start to finish. You will lead crews, manage schedules and materials, and ensure quality and safety standards throughout the process.

The role demands strong leadership, construction knowledge, and the ability to handle 3–5 customers concurrently while adapting to changing conditions.

Qualifications

• Excellent people and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage 3–5 customers simultaneously under deadlines.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and storm season.
• Proficient computer/data entry and quick to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple installation projects from start to finish, coordinating scheduling and materials.
• Lead installation crews and ensure safety and performance.
• Perform site inspections for quality control and compliance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers throughout installation.
• Coordinate labor and materials for each project to optimize resources.
• Identify and resolve issues to minimize impact on timelines.
• Enforce safety protocols on all job sites.
