The role partners with sales and production to ensure proper scope, pricing, and setup for success, requiring industry knowledge and the ability to evaluate projects thoroughly.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of residential roofing, siding, windows and exterior systems.
• Proven track record of closing deals with high success rate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; negotiates contracts.
• Strong time management and organizational skills for multiple appointments.

Responsibilities

• Runs 3-6 sales appointments daily for roofing, window, siding repairs, and reroofing projects.
• Business outreach to generate new opportunities locally.
• Build and maintain relationships with residential customers.
• Conduct follow-up calls to dead leads and provide an additonal.
• Identify new business opportunities and areas for market expansion.
