Job summary
Freedom Roofing, Windows and Siding LLC is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee installation projects for roofing, siding and windows in Kentucky. You will lead crews, schedule materials, ensure safety, and communicate with customers to deliver high-quality results.
The role requires strong leadership, project management, and knowledge of construction and exterior remodels. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 with quarterly bonus incentives, and a full benefits package is included.
Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple installation projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership and customer-facing skills.
- Knowledge of roofing materials, safety regs.
- Ability to work nights/weekends and during storms.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple installation projects from start to finish.
- Schedule crews and manage field teams for safety and performance.
- Inspect sites for quality and code compliance.
- Serve as primary customer contact throughout installation.
- Coordinate labor and materials to optimize efficiency.
- Address issues to minimize schedule disruption.
- Enforce safety protocols on all sites.
