Job summary

A&S Construction of Louisville, Inc. is seeking an experienced Exterior Project Manager to oversee remodeling and exterior construction projects in Louisville.

You will manage decks, roofing, siding, windows, and related work from contract to completion, ensuring quality and homeowner satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in exterior construction management, strong knowledge of building codes, and the ability to lead crews and coordinate subs, schedules, and budgets to deliver projects on

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in exterior construction/remodeling.
• Strong understanding of residential building codes and permitting processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with budgets and schedules.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (BuilderTrend or similar) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of exterior remodeling projects.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews to ensure work meets scope and specs.
• Create and track project budgets, purchase orders, and material orders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and provide regular updates.
