Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in exterior remodeling.
• Knowledge of residential building codes and permitting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with budgets and schedules.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with PM software and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of exterior remodeling projects.
• Team & subcontractor management: Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews to ensure work meets scope and specifications.
• Budget & schedule control: Create and track project budgets, PO's, and material orders; monitor timelines and resolve delays.
• Client communication: Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners; provide regular progress updates and manage expectations.
