Job summary

Walmart in Desloge, MO is seeking a Technician in Facility Services to operate and maintain pressure washing equipment for exterior cleaning of walls, sidewalks, roofs, and parking areas. A valid driver's license and 1–3 years in power washing or exterior maintenance are preferred.

The role requires hands-on work with a focus on safety, documentation, and collaboration with a maintenance team. High school diploma or equivalent is required; certifications in power washing or facility maintenance

Qualifications

• Basic teamwork and independent work capabilities are required.
• Willingness to work overnight and weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment and related tools.
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and set appropriate pressure and temperature levels.
• Remove dirt and debris from surfaces while following safety procedures.
• Respond to work orders and keep accurate logs and documentation.
• Perform safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
• Assist with other facility maintenance duties as assigned.
