Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Technician in Facility Services, focusing on Power Washing Exterior Services, to help keep our retail locations clean and well-maintained. You will operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, assess surfaces, and ensure safe, effective cleaning across walls, sidewalks, roofs, and parking areas.

The role requires 1–3 years in exterior maintenance, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to work nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in power washing/exterior maintenance.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean record; 3+ years preferred for driving.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report.
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and other equipment
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings
• Remove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from surfaces while following safety procedures
• Respond to work order requests and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment
• Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned
