Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and MEC certification.
• No DUI/DWI in the last three years.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a driving record check.
• Ability to work overnight or weekend shifts.
• English language proficiency for safety communications.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean facility surfaces.
• Perform safety and preventative maintenance on power washing machinery and vehicles.
• Evaluate cleaning areas to choose proper pressure, temperature, and methods.
• Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate updates.
• Maintain inventory, install wear parts, and store tools and vehicles properly.
• Support seasonal exterior maintenance including snow and ice management.
• Collaborate with teams to meet priorities and drive facility improvements.
