Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Technician in Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our retail locations. You will operate pressure washing equipment to clean walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking areas, and more.

Responsibilities include evaluating areas, setting appropriate pressure and temperature, and maintaining safety records. High school diploma and driver’s license required; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in power washing/exterior maintenance
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to pass MVR
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment
• Evaluate areas to clean and set appropriate pressure levels and temperature
• Remove dirt and debris from surfaces following safety procedures
• Respond to work orders and maintain records
• Conduct safety and preventive maintenance checks
• Perform other facility maintenance duties as assigned
