Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Facility Services Technician for Power Washing Exterior Services to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our retail locations. You will operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean walls, sidewalks, roofs, and parking areas, ensuring safety and quality in every task.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of power washing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work alternate shifts including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in power washing/exterior maintenance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment and related tools.
• Assess areas to clean and set appropriate pressure and temperature.
• Remove dirt and contaminants while following safety procedures.
• Respond to work orders and keep logs and documentation up to date.
• Perform safety and preventive maintenance checks on equipment.
