Job summary

Comstock Images Inc. is seeking a ParkX Porter to maintain cleanliness in common areas at assigned sites. The role includes routine cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, and assisting with event setup and teardown.

A professional, reliable candidate is needed to interact courteously with staff, tenants, and visitors. Applicants should be able to work weekends or after-hours during events and be comfortable following safety procedures and maintaining supplies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in common areas (sidewalks, lobbies, restrooms, public spaces).
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and janitorial duties as assigned.
• Perform pressure washing and window cleaning as directed.
• Assist with event setup and cleanup as needed.
• Report safety hazards and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
