Job summary

ParkX Porter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the common areas at assigned sites. Duties include pressure washing, window cleaning, trash removal, and routine cleaning tasks.

Porter also supports event setup and cleanup when necessary and responds to cleanliness concerns as they arise, professionally with staff, tenants and visitors. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work professionally and courteously with property staff, tenants, and visitors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license without major violations is required.
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends for events.
• Ability to relate to diverse groups and build relationships.
• Strong problem-solving, time management and communication skills.
• Must be credible, trustworthy and excel at teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Keeps common areas (sidewalks, lobbies, restrooms, public spaces) clean and presentable.
• Performs daily cleaning and janitorial tasks as assigned.
• Pressure washes areas as directed by management.
• Help with setup and breakdown for events or public gatherings.
• Maintain a neat janitorial closet and storage areas.
• Follow safety regulations and cleaning standards.
