Job summary

The ParkX Porter at Comstock Companies in Ashburn, VA maintains cleanliness in common areas of assigned sites, performing tasks like pressure washing, window cleaning, trash removal, and routine janitorial duties.

You will support event setup and cleanup, respond to cleanliness concerns, and work professionally with property staff, tenants, and visitors while adhering to safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid driver's license without major violations.
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends for events.
• Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse group of people and build/maintain strong relationships.

• Attends team meetings and completes end-of-shift documentation.
• Helps with setup/breakdown for events.
