Job summary

ParkX Porter role focused on maintaining cleanliness in common areas across assigned sites. Responsibilities include pressure washing, window cleaning, trash removal, and general upkeep, with support for event setup and cleanup.

The position requires reliability, attention to detail, and courteous interaction with property staff, tenants, and visitors; weekend and after-hours work may be required during events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations.
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Keeps all common areas clean and presentable (sidewalks, lobbies, restrooms, public spaces).
• Performs daily cleaning and janitorial tasks as assigned by management.
• Assists with event setup and cleanup when needed.
• Reports to location in ParkX Porter uniform and on time.
• Follows safety regulations and cleaning standards.
• Interacts professionally with staff, tenants and visitors.
• Maintains janitorial closets and storage areas in order.
• Fills in for coworkers during absences as needed.
• Monitors supplies and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
• Reports safety hazards, maintenance issues, or damages.
• Attends team meetings impacting janitorial operations.
