The ParkX Porter role focuses on maintaining cleanliness in common areas across assigned sites, with duties including pressure washing, window cleaning, trash removal and routine upkeep. You will also support event setup and cleanup, responding professionally to concerns from staff, tenants, and visitors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license without major violations.
• Reliability and willingness to work after hours / weekends.
• Outgoing personality and strong relationship-building with a diverse group.
• Strong problem-solving, time management and communication skills.
• High integrity and accountability; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in common areas at assigned sites.
• Perform pressure washing, window cleaning, trash removal, and routine cleaning tasks.
• Support event setup and cleanup as needed.
• Respond to cleanliness concerns professionally with staff, tenants, and visitors.
• Follow safety regulations and cleaning standards.
• Attend team meetings and assist with maintenance tasks as required.
• Ensure janitorial closet and storage areas are neat and hazard-free.
• Assist with end-of-shift documentation and handover.
