Job summary

Comstock is seeking a ParkX Porter to maintain cleanliness in assigned sites’ common areas, support event setup and cleanup, and respond to cleanliness concerns. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and courteous interaction with staff, tenants, and visitors.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning, reporting hazards, adhering to safety procedures, and maintaining a neat janitorial closet. Some weekend or after-hours work, and frequent interaction with guests, are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license without major violations.
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends for events.
• Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse groups.
• Strong problem-solving, time management and communication skills.
• Must be credible, trustworthy, and uphold integrity.
• Must maintain high level of excellence and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Keep common areas, including sidewalks, lobbies, restrooms, and public spaces, clean and presentable.
• Perform daily cleaning and janitorial tasks.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown.
• Follow safety regulations and cleaning standards.
• Interact professionally with staff and guests.
• Report hazards, maintenance issues, or damages.
• Maintain inventory and proper storage of supplies.
• Attend team meetings affecting janitorial operations.
