Job summary

FirstService Residential in Huntley, IL seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform exterior and interior upkeep across our community. Under supervision of the Maintenance Manager, you will complete work orders, coordinate with contractors, and handle tasks in electrical, carpentry, roofing, siding, and masonry as needed.

The role requires 5+ years of multi-trade maintenance, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 75 lbs, and willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience across multiple trades.
• Desirable certification in electrical, roofing, carpentry or masonry.
• Experience with 120V electrical systems.
• Ability to read and maintain maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Oversee contractors for repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Perform a range of trades including electrical, carpentry, roofing, siding, plumbing, and cleaning.
