Job summary

EDA Contractors, Inc. is seeking a motivated project management professional to lead exterior envelope construction projects from our Elizabeth, NJ office and oversee work across the Philadelphia region.

The role involves scheduling, procurement, site coordination, change management, and budget forecasting for large commercial projects. The ideal candidate has five years of construction management experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong Excel/Word/Adobe proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Five years of construction management experience is desired.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task and take direction.
• Knowledge of Construction Industry.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project execution: scheduling, procurement, site logistics, coordination, change management, and budget forecasting.
• Oversee installation of roofing systems (EPDM, PVC, TPO), SBS, hot-modified, waterproofing, and air/vapor barriers.
• Supervise construction of commercial, healthcare, and educational facilities in the Philadelphia region.
• Coordinate installation of panel systems: aluminum composite, insulated, single-skin, phenolic, fiber cement.
• Manage project controls across Pre-Construction, Construction, and Close-out; liaise between contract and management teams.
• Prepare accurate cost forecasts, manage submittals, schedules, and supplier PO reviews; attend weekly meetings.
