Job summary

DG Crays Construction, LLC invites a Commercial Project Manager to lead exterior envelope installations across commercial, multi-family, and government projects. You will manage submittals, closeouts, and coordinate with site teams, vendors, and clients.

The role offers autonomy to drive project finances, build vendor relationships, and influence growth in a dynamic, leadership-driven environment with OSHA 30 preferred but training provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multi-site commercial, multi-family, or federal construction projects.
• Familiarity with construction management tools (Bluebeam, Procore, Contractor Foreman).
• OSHA 30 preferred; training will be provided.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for site visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead external envelope installations from submittal to final closeout.
• Direct project finances and build strategic vendor relationships.
• Guide site teams on commercial and federal construction projects.
• Collaborate with Site Managers to review installations and resource needs.
• Prepare cost-to-complete reports and track project milestones.
