Job summary

DG Crays Construction, LLC is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to drive exterior envelope projects across commercial, residential, and federal sectors. You will manage the project from submittal to closeout, oversee budgets, schedule, and vendor relationships, and coordinate field teams on multi-site projects in the Indianapolis area.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multi-site commercial, multi-family, or federal projects as PM.
• Proficiency with construction PM tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, or Contractor Foreman.
• Active OSHA 30, Aerial Lift, and First Aid certifications.
• Strong knowledge of means and methods, contracts, and project accounting.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for site visits and meetings.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for client/vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 10–15 architectural panel, siding, and roofing projects from submittal to closeout.
• Maintain project financial health, aiming for GP within +5% / -1% of targets.
• Track milestones and use Procore/Contractor Foreman for financials.
• Collaborate with Site Managers to review installation details and schedules.
