Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project execution including scheduling, procurement, site logistics, change management, and budget forecasting.
• Oversee installation of roofing and waterproofing systems and air/vapor barriers.
• Supervise construction of commercial, healthcare, and educational facilities in the Philadelphia region.
• Coordinate installation of panel systems such as aluminum composite and insulated panels.
• Manage project controls across Pre-Construction, Construction, and Close-out.
