Responsibilities include coordinating teams, developing quality control processes, and maintaining communication with project managers. Candidates must have extensive experience in commercial exterior building, as well as knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial exterior building experience.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Construction Manager.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction of exterior building systems for multiple projects.
• Drive safe and cost-effective construction management techniques.
• Hire, train, and mentor foremen.
