Qualifications

• 1–2 years of inside sales or similar industry experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Take orders at the sales counter and over the phone.
• Build relationships with customers and answer inquiries.
• Enter orders in the company system and tender cash sales.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers to determine sales approaches.
• Quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms/reports.
