You will take orders, respond to customers, and coordinate with outside sales for strategic approaches. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a similar role, strong communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player, with attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in a related industry preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take orders at the sales counter and over the phone.
• Build relationships with customers and understand their needs.
• Enter orders into the company computer system accurately.
• Complete sales orders and tender cash sales.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers with purchases.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers on strategies.
• Overcome objections and quote prices, terms, and reports.
