Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for exterior projects, commercial and residential.

You will lead multiple exterior builds from mobilization to punch-list, coordinate trade partners, and ensure profitability. The role offers a competitive base salary with performance-based incentives, a benefits package, company vehicle and fuel card, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated exterior construction experience on commercial/residential projects.
• 3–5 years PM experience managing multiple sites concurrently.
• Strong understanding of job costing, budgeting, change orders, and billing.
• Proven leadership and negotiation skills with subcontractors.
• Familiarity with project management software (Procore, BuilderTrend, JobNimbus, PlanGrid or MS Project).
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; OSHA 10/30 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end exterior projects from mobilization to punch list.
• Track budgets, labor and materials; manage POs and invoices to protect margins.
• Direct subcontractors and crews; ensure safety, quality and scope adherence.
• Develop and communicate critical path schedules to meet deadlines.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, GCs, facility managers and architects.
• Conduct site inspections and manage change orders proactively.
