Job summary
IICRC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead premier exterior projects in Allentown and surrounding areas. You will oversee residential and commercial exterior work, coordinate trusted trade partners, and drive site profitability from mobilization through punch lists.
The role demands 3–5 years of PM experience on exterior projects, strong budgeting skills, and proficiency with Procore/PlanGrid-like tools.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years PM experience on concurrent exterior projects.
- Experience with commercial and residential exteriors.
- Financial management and budgeting knowledge.
- Strong leadership and vendor negotiation.
- Proficiency with PM software (Procore/PlanGrid etc.).
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple exterior projects from start to finish.
- Manage budgets, POs, and invoicing to protect margins.
- Direct subcontractors and ensure safety standards.
- Develop schedules and meet deadlines.
- Maintain client and stakeholder communication.
- Conduct site inspections and manage change orders.
