Job summary
Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for commercial and residential exteriors in Allentown/Scranton area. This full-time role leads exterior projects from mobilization through punch-list, coordinating trade partners and safeguarding profit margins.
You will oversee budgets, schedules, and quality while maintaining strong client and stakeholder communication. The position offers a competitive base salary plus performance incentives and comprehensive
Qualifications
- Exterior construction expertise in commercial and residential exterior systems.
- Proven PM track record with concurrent job sites.
- Strong financial acumen: job costing, budgets, change orders, billing.
- Leadership and negotiation to manage subcontractors and trade pricing.
- Organizational skills and proficiency with PM software.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Execution from mobilization to final sign-off.
- Track budgets, labor, and materials; manage POs and invoices; protect margins.
- Direct subcontractors and crews; ensure safety, quality, and scope compliance.
- Develop and communicate critical-path schedules to meet deadlines.
- Serve as primary contact for property owners, GC, and architects.
- Conduct site inspections, manage change orders, close punch lists.
