Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years PM experience on concurrent projects.
• Exterior construction expertise (commercial/residential envelopes).
• Strong cost control, budgeting and billing knowledge.
• Clean driving record; OSHA 10/30 a plus.
• Proficiency with PM and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple exterior projects from mobilization to punch-list.
• Track budgets, labor, materials; manage POs and invoices.
• Direct subcontractors and crews; ensure safety and quality.
• Develop schedules and critical-path timelines.
• Communicate with property owners, general contractors, architects.
• Conduct job-site inspections and manage change orders.
