This hands-on, outdoor role focuses on exterior repairs, siding installation, window replacement, and trim work. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete exterior carpentry work, including siding, window, and trim installation
• Perform repairs and modifications to existing exterior systems
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Use hand and power tools efficiently and safely
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in exterior carpentry or related construction work
• Valid Driver’s License required
• OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus; if not certified, completion will be required after hire
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work at heights
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must bring own hand tools; all other tools and equipment provided by Overhead Solutions
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Occasional Saturday work may be required when weather delays weekday progress, advance notice will always be given
• All major holidays are off
