Job Title: Multi Trade Operative

Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme, and regular overtime

Location: Snodland, Wrotham, Rochester, Ashford

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative with Carpentry and Plumbing experience to join our team. We are looking for someone who can deliver a first-class service to our properties across Snodland, Wrotham, Rochester, Ashford and surrounding areas.

The Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs related to their specialist trades and secondary trades. The work should be completed efficiently and within specified deadlines.
