Job description

US Tech Force is actively seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter for a well-established construction company in Green Bay, WI. Ideal candidate will have a positive “can-do” attitude, be able to follow verbal and written instruction, possess excellent attendance history (punctual/reliable/dependable), have an eye for quality work and high attention to detail skills.

***This is a traveling position via company vehicles, that does include overnight stays during the week depending on the job location***

Finish Carpenter Qualifications:

• Ability to operate wide variety of hand and power tools
• Installing interior pre-hung doors, bypass door frames and doors, bi-fold door frames and doors, and exterior door frames with brick molding
• Ability to cut and install casing around door frames/doors/windows, base trim throughout, and all around attention to detail and eye for quality when installing
• Installing wall cabinets and base cabinets, includes final touches like puttying nail holes, caulking countertops to walls, and installing cabinet hardware, etc.
• Installing and scribing / fitting laminate countertops to walls
• Installing crown molding, loose toe kick, cabinet scribe, and base shoe on / around cabinets
• Cutting and installing particle board treads and risers for staircases up to code
• Cutting and installing staircase handrails up to code
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• National background check
• Ability to provide own personal tools
• Proven experience in carpentry trade
• Ability to handle physical workload and required weekly travel
