Position Summary
Extended Learning Program Tutor works with students individually or in small groups to provide academic support for the blended learning program that serves Somerville students; these are students who are currently excluded from school or are at high risk of dropping out. The Extended Learning Tutor is expected to coordinate learning and track progress of students under the guidance of a Program Coordinator and the Extended Learning Teachers. The Extended Learning Tutor will support students’ continued progress toward attainment of a high school diploma.
