The Walpole Extended Day Program provides on-site before- and after-school care for all children enrolled in a Walpole Public Elementary School. Each program maintains at least a 13:1 student to adult ratio and is designed to provide all students a variety of options to be creative and learn through both play and social interaction. Physical recreation is offered daily indoors and/or outdoors. Quiet space for reading and homework is provided daily in addition to a variety of structured activities/crafts, recess/PE play, presentations, and clubs at no additional charge.
The morning schedule provides time to eat breakfast prior to the start of the school day and the afternoon program provides a snack and drink shortly after the end of the school day.
