The role involves monitoring daily reports, coaching drivers on HOS best practices, and maintaining an organized, independent workflow. It is an extended coverage position with a 5pm–6am schedule, four days on, three days off.

• Monitor daily compliance reports, including unassigned driving time, Personal Conveyance usage, and odometer discrepancies.
• Coach drivers on HOS requirements and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Maintain an organized work environment and demonstrate the ability to work independently.
• This is an extended coverage position, 4 days on 3 days off from 5pm to 6am.
