Job summary

Western Express seeks a Tire Technician to service and repair tires on commercial vehicles at our Nashville campus. You will identify needed work, enter details into the shop system, and coordinate with service providers while upholding safety standards.

The role requires reliability, outdoor work in varying weather, and a willingness to learn. A valid driver's license and basic computer skills are required; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Experience with computers, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and related programs.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• At least one year of steady employment or schooling.
• Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions.
• TIA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify necessary work and perform comprehensive tire services.
• Accurately capture detailed information, input it into computer systems, and communicate it to the Shop or service provider as required.
• Adhere to the tire program for each unit and identify needs.

• Maintain a professional atmosphere at all times.
