Job summary

Reynolds’ Subaru in Connecticut is seeking an Express Service Writer to join our dealership. No automotive experience is required, as we provide paid training and full support to help you succeed, especially if you bring strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.

You’ll greet customers, coordinate with technicians, explain service needs, and assist with the checkout process, ensuring a smooth, positive experience from arrival to vehicle pickup.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and check in their vehicles in a friendly and timely manner.

• Keep customers informed of diagnostic results, service needs, and technician recommendations.
• Review and explain recommended maintenance and repairs.
• Assist customers throughout the checkout process.
• Notify customers promptly when their vehicle is complete, washed, and ready for pickup.
• Review and close repair orders with customers.
• Help coordinate and manage loaner and rental vehicle schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire service experience.

What You’ll Do

As an Express Service Writer, you’ll help create a smooth and positive experience for our service customers from the moment they arrive until they pick up their vehicle.

• Greet customers and check in their vehicles in a friendly and timely manner
