Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform maintenance as outlined on the repair order, following dealership and factory standards to ensure customer trust and vehicle safety.

You will collaborate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors, document work on each repair order, and stay current with factory bulletins and OEM training while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Performing vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards, to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

Responsibilities
