AutoNation Express Service Technician performs vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards, building trust and loyalty with customers by delivering reliable service. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication with Parts and Service teams, and proper documentation of all repairs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in express/quick lube service is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Customer service mindset and communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance work as outlined on repair orders per dealer and factory standards with accuracy.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in training as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
