Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on repair orders, following dealer and factory standards, and to build customer loyalty through trust and reliability.

You will communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors, document work, stay current with factory bulletins and training, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy per dealer and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Stay updated with factory technical bulletins and participate in factory training as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
