Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Prior automotive service advisor/writer experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.

• Determine vehicle needs based on customer feedback and inspections.
• Write repair orders with cost and time estimates.
