Job summary

Tucson Subaru on N. Oracle Road seeks an Express Service Advisor to join our service department. The role focuses on writing service ROs for the express lane and communicating with customers to ensure prompt, courteous service.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of strong customer service experience; automotive experience is a plus. You will drive technicians' time to meet sales forecasts, prioritize services, and keep customers informed on times and expenses.

• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Desire to work effectively in a team environment.
• Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
